Product Highlights Recap

At this exhibition, World Semiconductor showcased a range of the latest industry-leading discrete device system solutions. These products are designed for various applications, including energy storage, chargers, and PD fast charging. Among them, the most attention-grabbing was World Semiconductor's absorption diode. This diode features a long storage time, low reverse recovery current (Irr), and smooth reverse recovery characteristics, enabling a gradual recovery of current. It is applied in the RCD absorption circuits of power supplies, helping power products achieve better EMI performance and meet the demands for high efficiency and reliability.

SOD-123FL Package: Reduces no-load power loss by 10mW+.

Improved Conversion Efficiency: Increases conversion efficiency by 2%-3% at 10% load, with an overall efficiency improvement of approximately 0.8%.

EMI Radiation Improvement: Enhances EMI radiation performance in the 30M-60MHz range.
