240W Power Adapter

Application Overview

High-power power adapter is used in electric bike chargers, laptops, LED power supply, security power supply, industrial equipment auxiliary power supply, etc. The power supply adopts PFC + LLC architecture, and the switching tube adopts Gallium Nitride + Silicon carbide diode (FRD). Compared with traditional MOS, the size of the power supply is significantly reduced. The addition of Gallium Nitride not only reduces the size of the power supply, but also improves the power efficiency.
